Sofia and Ann

The Moroccan-born Sofia Pernas moved to California when she was 5 years old. She grew up living in Orange County. She received her graduation at the University of California, San Diego in the year 2015. This was the same year she got her big break in acting. Pernas was a small part in NCIS and Leverage. After that, she was offered the part of Marisa on The Young and the Restless. The actress was cast as Catalina in Jane the Virgin after she left the soap opera. The model who speaks four languages, has appeared in The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. On Blood & Treasure, from 2019 until 2020 she portrayed Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly announced in May 20th that Pernas dated Justin Hartley who was her co-star for The Young and the Restless. The romance started after Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in the month of November. Pernas Hartley was married privately with Pernas on May 20, 2021.
